Cheese Nougat with Bread

Rye bread sandwich appetizer with two types of cheese, almonds, raisins.
Ingredients
Directions
- Peel and chop camembert.
- Cut off the edges of the gorgonzola.
- Grind the almonds in a blender.
- Add gorgonzola to the almonds.
Add half of the oil. Mix.
- Put the remaining oil in a separate container.
Pour in raisins.
Add camembert.
- Grind with a blender.
- Cover the mold with foil.
- Add 2 slices of bread.
- Spoon and spread the gorgonzola and nut paste.
Put 2 more slices of bread on top.
- Spoon and spread the camembert and raisin paste. Cover with the remaining bread.
- Wrap with foil. Leave for an hour.
- Expand. Cut across into 1.5 cm thick slices.
