Cheese Nougat with Bread

Rye bread sandwich appetizer with two types of cheese, almonds, raisins.

Ingredients

  • Rye bread – 6 pieces
  • Camembert cheese – 200 g
  • Raisins – 100 g
  • Gorgonzola cheese – 200 g
  • Salted butter – 100 g
  • Crushed almonds – 100 g

Directions

  1. Peel and chop camembert.
  2. Cut off the edges of the gorgonzola.
  3. Grind the almonds in a blender.
  4. Add gorgonzola to the almonds.
    Add half of the oil. Mix.
  5. Put the remaining oil in a separate container.
    Pour in raisins.
    Add camembert.
  6. Grind with a blender.
  7. Cover the mold with foil.
  8. Add 2 slices of bread.
  9. Spoon and spread the gorgonzola and nut paste.
    Put 2 more slices of bread on top.
  10. Spoon and spread the camembert and raisin paste. Cover with the remaining bread.
  11. Wrap with foil. Leave for an hour.
  12. Expand. Cut across into 1.5 cm thick slices.
