Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s), waxy
  • 500 g turkey breast or chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 300 ml poultry broth
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes, leave to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, fry in the oil, season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
  4. Now melt the butter in the frying fat and sweat the flour in it. Deglaze with stock and milk. Bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper. Add about 1/3 of the cheese to the sauce.
  5. Put the potatoes and meat in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.
