- 125 ml milk, low in fat

- 80 g sausae (poultry)
- 250 g beans, reen

- Clean, wash and cook the beans in salted water. Add the savory to the cooking water.
- Peel, wash and roughly chop the potatoes and cook in salted water. Drain the water, mash the potatoes and stir in the slightly warmed milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Fry the sausage in a pan without fat.
- Tip:
- 100 g pork schnitzel or 1 boiled egg instead of bratwurst results in 2 points less!
