  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 50 grams flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites
  • Seasoning (s) to taste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sweat butter and flour in a saucepan until lightly. Stir in the milk with the whisk, creating a thick paste. Let cool, then stir in egg yolks and cheese. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold the egg whites into the mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper and other spices.
  2. Bake on the second rack from the bottom for 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
