Ingredients
- 1 cup biscuit (s) (whole grain biscuits), crumbled, about 0 pieces
- 1 tablespoon, leveled sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 600 g cream cheese
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar
- 3 egg (s), room temperature
- 200 g sour cream
- some vanilla extract
- Lemon peel, untreated (zest)
- Fruit your choice (e.g. berries) as a topping
- 1 pack cake icing
- Fat for the glasses

- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and grease the glasses well. Melt the butter and mix well together with the crumbled biscuits and the tablespoon of sugar. Spread the biscuit and butter mixture in the glasses and press down well.
- Then stir together the cream cheese, the eggs, the sour cream, half a cup of sugar, the vanilla extract and the zest from an unsprayed lemon. Distribute this mixture evenly on the biscuit mixture in the glasses.
- To bake the cakes, place the jars in a deep tray with hot but not boiling water and leave in the oven for about 40 minutes. Wash the berries or cut the fruit to size and place on the cheesecake after baking, mix the topping according to the instructions and distribute it on the berries.
- To make it a cheesecake to go: Put the lid on after cooling and don`t forget the spoon.
