Cheesecakes with Green Onions

Half an hour, minimum effort – and ruddy, aromatic cheesecakes with green onions are already on the table. These soft, fluffy mini-muffins are made from processed cheese and simply captivate with their delicate texture and wonderful taste, and the green onion makes them even brighter. Wonderful breakfast or snack. Try to cook!

Ingredients

  • Processed cheese – 200 g (2 pcs.)
  • Wheat flour – 4 tbsp
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream 15-20% – 4 tbsp
  • Green onion – several feathers
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

Directions

  1. We prepare products for making cheese cakes. Processed cheese can be pre-held in the freezer to make it easier to grate.
  2. We rub the cheese curds on a coarse grater.
  3. Drive eggs into a bowl of grated cheese curds, add sour cream and mix.
  4. Sift flour with baking powder there.
  5. Mix the dough well. We turn on the oven and heat it up, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.
  6. Chop the green onion finely.
  7. Pour the chopped onion into the dough and mix well again.
  8. Lubricate the muffins with vegetable oil.
  9. We fill each mold with dough to 2/3 of the total volume. We send the form to the oven and bake cheese cakes with green onions at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  10. Let the cupcakes cool slightly in the form.
  11. Then carefully remove the cheesecakes from the mold.
    We serve lush and ruddy, fragrant snack bar cheese cakes to the table. Bon Appetit!
