Waffles with Chicken and Green Onions

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Wheat flour – 150 grams
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Sour cream – 60 Grams
  • Cow’s milk – 60 grams
  • Green onion – 20 Grams
  • Chicken fillet – 250 Gram
  • Water – 500 Milliliters (for boiling chicken fillet)
  • Salt – to taste To taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste To taste
  • Sunflower oil – 50 Milliliters

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl, add sour cream and milk.
  3. Whisk eggs with sour cream and milk.
  4. Sift flour mixed with baking powder into the resulting mixture.
  5. Stir the ingredients until a smooth dough is obtained.
  6. In the resulting dough, add diced chicken breast, boiled in salted water in advance, and green onions, cut into thin rings.
  7. Stir the dough, add salt, black pepper and sunflower oil.
  8. Stir again. Let’s start making waffles.
  9. Preheat an electric waffle iron with thick plates. Spread out the dough with a tablespoon, using 1.5-2 tablespoon for each waffle. l. test. Cook waffles until golden brown.
  10. In this way, bake all the waffles. I got 9 waffles.
  11. Serve hot or warm waffles with chicken and green onions.
