- 1 glass sour cherries
- 2 banana (s)
- 1 bag red fruit jelly, raspberry flavor
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 cups cream
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 pack cream stabilizer

- Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces, put them in a saucepan with the sour cherries (with juice) and stir in the red fruit jelly, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, bring to the boil and, when it starts to gel, pour into soup plates or dessert bowls. Let cool down.
- Whip 2 cups of cream with whipped cream and cocoa, pour onto the cooled groats. Drizzle with some egg liqueur depending on your taste.
