Ingredients

  • 4 rolls, stale
  • 500 ml milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 40 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 500 g cherry (s)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flakes butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the rolls into slices and soak them in a container with milk. Depending on the hardness of the rolls for 10-15 minutes, then stir the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix in the flour. Mix the bread roll mixture briefly in the container with a spoon and add to the butter-sugar-egg-flour mixture and mix well with a hand mixer.
  2. Core the cherries as desired.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and grease a high pan (depending on the amount, goose roast is also possible) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the mold, spread the cherries on top and cover with the rest of the batter. Scatter a thin layer of breadcrumbs and sugar and evenly distribute flakes of butter on top.
  5. Bake at 180-200 ° C for about 1 hour.
  6. Let cool before eating.
