Cupcake with Cherry

Fast, tasty, and simple.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 150 g
  • Chicken egg – 3 pieces
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour – 1.5-2 stack.
  • Baking dough – 2 teaspoon.
  • Water – 6 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 packet.
  • Cherries (pitted) – 200 g

Directions

  1. Rub the soft butter with sugar and add eggs one by one. Add baking powder, vanilla sugar, water, and flour. The dough should not be very thick, but not runny either.
  2. Put part of the dough into a mold (10×25 cm) and cherries on it.
  3. Then again the dough and cherries. And fill everything with the rest of the dough.
    We put it in the oven for 50 minutes (it all depends on the oven) at 180-200 degrees.
