Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomato (s)
- 200 g sheep cheese, (if you like, also feta)
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 1 handful basil, fresh
- 1 dash olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and place in a bowl. Crumble (or chop) the sheep`s cheese by hand and add to the tomatoes. Cut the spring onions into rings and add to the bowl with the chopped basil.
- Mix a good dash of oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic to a marinade. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice and mix evenly with all the ingredients in the bowl.
- Let it steep for a few hours so that the aromas can develop properly.
- The amount of garlic can be increased or decreased at will.
- This summer salad is an excellent accompaniment to grilled or other dishes, but is also suitable as a main course.
