- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon kirsch
- 500 g sweet cherries, pitted and halved
- 3 apricot (s), pitted and finely diced
- 4 stalks mint, the leaves them
- 4 basil stalk (s), the leaves them
