Tuna and Cherry Salad

We are preparing a delicious, healthy and mouth-watering salad with tuna and cherry. The recipe is very simple, the result is lick your fingers! The salad can be offered even to those on a diet, low calorie content.

Ingredients
- Tuna – 150 grams (in its own juice)
- Cherry Tomatoes – 80 Grams
- Salad mix – 60 Grams
- Blue onion – 30 Grams
- Chicken eggs – 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt – To taste
- Pepper – To taste
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Put the salad mix on a plate.
- Peel and rinse the red onion, cut into half rings and place on top of the salad.
- Next, layout the cherry tomatoes cut into wedges.
- Break the tuna into large pieces and spread randomly all over the plate.
- Add half a chicken egg to the salad, salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice.
