Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 250 grams sugar
- 200 g marzipan paste, rated
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
For covering:
- 1 kg sweet cherries, pitted
- 4 tablespoon sugar
For the cast:
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped out pulp
- 2 tablespoon sugar, to taste

- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and marzipan until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Add lemon juice. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve onto the egg mixture and carefully fold in. Spread the batter in a deep dripping pan. Top with cherries and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 175 ° for about 30 minutes.
- For the topping, stir all the ingredients, pour over the cherries and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
