Ingredients
- 140 g butter
- 140 g powdered suar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 5 egg (s), including the yolk
- 1 egg (s), whole
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch (s) clove (s), ground
- 70 g almond (s), peeled (or nuts)
- 30 g breadcrumbs
- 40 grams flour
- 5 egg (s), including the egg white
- 750 g cherry (s) (sour cherries)

- Fluffy, stirred butter is stirred with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, the 5 egg yolks and the whole egg until frothy. Then add the lemon (juice and zest), cinnamon and a small pinch of clove powder. The flour is mixed with the grated almonds or nuts and the breadcrumbs and alternately folded in with the stiffly beaten egg whites and the 5 egg whites. A smaller edge sheet is buttered and dusted with flour, poured in the mixture and topped with the pitted sour cherries. Bake everything at approx. 140-150 ° C for about 45 minutes. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
