- 350 ml orange juice
- 4 teaspoon seeds (chia seeds)

- Put all ingredients in a large, sealable bottle and shake vigorously. Now let it steep for a while (shake it vigorously every now and then!) Until a jelly-like shell has formed around the chia seeds.
- My kids love these small, slippery bubbles and I am reassured that they are drinking something healthy.
