Mix the chia seeds with the milk and stir well so that there are no lumps. Pour into an airtight container and close. I mostly use mason jars because they make it look nice, but a simple jar is just as suitable.
Then put the jar in the fridge overnight and the next morning you have a nice jelly-like mass. Mix these with the soy yoghurt and the dates cut into small pieces.
A pinch of cinnamon and cut fruit such as bananas or apples also taste very good here. It`s that easy to have a delicious, healthy and easy-to-prepare meal.
If you need a little more for breakfast, you can also add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal in the evening.
