Ingredients

  • 100 g soy yourt (yourt alternative) (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 date (s), dried, pitted

Instructions

  1. Pour the chia seeds into an airtight container. Add the milk. Stir for 1-2 minutes until the seeds are evenly combined with no lumps.
  2. Close the container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until the mixture reaches a jelly-like consistency.
  3. Cut the dried dates into small pieces. Stir the chilled chia mixture, then mix in the soy yogurt and diced dates until well combined.
