  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon jam (blueberry jam)

Instructions

  1. Stir the milk with the jam until smooth. Then add the chia seeds and mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes and then stir again. The power seeds do the rest by themselves. The pudding should soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or comfortably overnight.
  2. According to your taste with fruit, muesli or served neat, you now have a delicious and healthy breakfast that will keep you full for a long time.
  3. Of course, you can also use almond or soy milk instead of cow`s milk.
