  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices toast
  • Basil, for garnish
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice tomatoes. Also cut the mozzarella into slices.
  2. Rinse the meat, pat it dry, cut it into slices, season with pepper and salt and sear it on both sides in a pan.
  3. Toast the bread, cut out 4 slices with a large glass, cover each with slices of chicken breast fillet, tomato slices and cheese slices.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes. Garnish with the basil.
