Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • curry
  • 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 ml broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g creamed spinach
  • 3 dashes lemon juice
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder, hot and sweet
  • Garam Masala
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Rub the meat with salt, pepper and curry. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the meat on both sides for about 3 minutes and place in a baking dish.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes and fry. Deglaze with wine and broth. Let it boil down briefly. Mix in the spinach. Add lemon juice and squeezed garlic and season with the spices. Stir in the sour cream and cheese. Let this melt easily.
  3. Pour the mixture over the meat in the baking dish. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 25 minutes. Noodles also taste very good.
