Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet (s) or turkey breast
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, approx. -2cm
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 onion (s), red (finely chopped!)
  • 2 small chilli pepper (s), red
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 box cress

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the chilli pepper, ginger and garlic and place in a small jar! In there the honey, the lime juice (express it generously - also put the pulp in!) And the soy sauce. Shake well so that the honey dissolves!
  2. Wash the chicken or turkey well and pat dry. Cut into 3-4 parts (or leave whole!) And marinate in the marinade for approx. 3-4 hours!
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan. Drain the meat a little and add it to the pan. Fry well on both sides. Reduce the heat a little and pour the marinade over the meat. Cook over medium heat. Let cool down.
  4. Then mix the marinade with the vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, honey, onion, chili peppers and olive oil.
  5. Cut the cooled turkey breast into approx. 5mm thin slices and arrange on a deep platter! Spread the marinade on top and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  6. To serve, cut off the cress and spread over it.
