  • 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 400 g plums (plums)
  • 2 onions)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions in the butter until translucent. Dust the chicken breast with flour and fry with the plums (washed, pitted, quartered). Salt and pepper lightly. Add the cream and simmer on a medium flame for about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Finally add some fresh parsley. Either boiled potatoes or rice go well with it.
