Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 medium onion (s), diced
- 2 red peppers, diced
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, dried
- 2 cans beans, (chili beans)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 200 g cheese, rated
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, hot pink
- 4 tablespoon sauce (salsa), possibly

- Wash, dry and cut the chicken breast fillets into strips. Salt and pepper and fry in hot oil in a pan. Fry the diced onions briefly. Add and fry the diced red peppers. Then add the chilli beans with the sauce and creme fraiche, stir well and simmer a little. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika hot as rose.
- If you want the casserole to be a little hotter, add salsa sauce.
- Now put everything in an oiled casserole dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
- French fries, white bread and a fresh salad go well with this.
- For a party just serve with tortilla chips.
