  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 teaspoon curry paste, red
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth, instant
  • 100 g cream or milk
  • 100 g milk
  • 100 g almond (s), sweet, round

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the diced chicken breast fillet and fry. Then add 2 teaspoons of red curry paste and mix everything well.
  2. Whisk the water with the chicken stock powder and add to the chicken. Let simmer for a few minutes. Now whisk together the cream, milk and the ground almonds and add.
  3. Then put the fan in the oven for 20 minutes at approx. 180 ° C and stir from time to time. Rice goes very well with this chicken curry.
  4. For figure-conscious people you can replace the 100 g cream with 100 g milk!
