Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 300 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Butter – to taste
  • Greens

Directions

  1. The ingredients are simple and affordable.
  2. Put a pot of water on the fire. Let it boil.
    Add chicken egg, salt, and pepper to the minced chicken. To stir thoroughly.
  3. Using two teaspoons, form small dumplings and dip them in salted boiling water.
  4. Boil the dumplings for 4-5 minutes. Throw in a colander.
  5. Serve the chicken dumplings with butter and herbs. It can be used as an independent dish, with a side dish, or pour chicken dumplings with broth.
