Chicken Fillet Cutlets Without a Meat Grinder

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 200 Grams
  • Chicken eggs – 1 Piece
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Bulb onions – 60-70 grams
  • Vegetable oil – 40 grams
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Cut the washed chicken fillet into small cubes.
  3. Add the diced onion to the meat.
  4. Whisk in the beaten egg and add flour.
  5. Add mayonnaise, it will make the patties softer and more tender.
  6. Stir the minced meat and add spices, salt and black pepper.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan, spoon cutlets with a spoon, fry over medium heat.
  8. Fry the cutlets on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately. Although the cutlets are tasty and cold.
