Chicken Fillet in Sesame Breading

Chicken fillet in sesame breading is a recipe for an excellent snack for beer. The recipe will tell you how to cook chicken fillet simply and deliciously.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 0.5 kg
  • Soy sauce – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Ground paprika – 1 tbsp
  • Curry seasoning – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame – 100 g
  • Salt (optional) – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 100 g

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into long strips. Cut the garlic into slices.
  2. Add garlic and soy sauce to the chopped fillet, mix and leave the chicken to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the sesame seeds, paprika and curry. (There is no need to add salt to the breading, thanks to the soy sauce, but if you wish, you can add 0.5 teaspoon of salt.)
  4. After the chicken fillet is marinated, bread each chicken fillet strip in the prepared sesame mixture, after removing the garlic.
  5. We send the chicken fillet in sesame breading to a pan with hot oil and fry over medium heat until cooked, a few minutes on each side.
  6. Sesame-breaded chicken fillet can be served as an appetizer, or you can prepare a side dish with vegetables and you will have a great main course. This recipe, I’m sure, will be appreciated by fans of beer parties and will discover an excellent appetizer for a foamy drink.
