Chicken Fillet with Cream and Mushrooms

I will offer you a quick and fairly economical lunch dish. Chicken fillet with cream and mushrooms goes well with any side dish.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 800 g
  • Champignons – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Cream 20% – 400 ml
  • Salt – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Pepper – 1-2 pinches
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp

Directions

  1. Chicken fillet products with cream in front of you.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into slices.
  3. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Mix. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  4. Peel and chop the garlic.
  5. Peel and wash onions. Cut into small cubes.
  6. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, put onion and garlic. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Then lay out the chicken.
  9. Fry the fillets, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
  10. Then lay out the mushrooms. Simmer everything together for another 5 minutes. Pour cream over. Leave the chicken fillet with the cream and simmer over low heat, covered, for 7-10 minutes, until tender.
  11. Chicken fillet with cream and mushrooms is ready. Serve with your favorite side dish.
