Chicken Hearts with Kohlrabi and Potatoes in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken hearts – 800 g
  • Kohlrabi cabbage – 2 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 300 g
  • Tomato – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh dill – to taste

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients. Immediately fill the hearts with water, put on fire, and cook for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  2. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into medium-sized cubes.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of the same size as the kohlrabi.
  4. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  5. Scald a large tomato with boiling water and rub on a coarse grater. Throw away the skin that remains in your hands.
  6. Add sour cream and finely chopped dill to the chopped tomato, salt.
  7. Mix everything actively.
  8. By this time, the chicken hearts have already been cooked. Drain the water and put the hearts in a bowl.
  9. Heat a frying pan with butter over maximum heat. Put the potatoes in the pan, pepper, and fry for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  10. Add kohlrabi and bow.
  11. We continue to fry for another 6 minutes.
  12. We will put hearts there. Pour the chicken hearts with vegetables with sour cream sauce, cover, and simmer over minimum heat for 30 minutes.
  13. Put the finished chicken hearts with vegetables and sour cream on plates and serve.
