  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoon thyme, dried and rubbed
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Vegetable oil, neutral

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry. Mix the parmesan with breadcrumbs and thyme. Rub the chicken legs well with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and roll in the Parmesan and thyme breading.
