Ingredients
- 1 chicken, /4 it
- 400 g pasta, kidney-shaped
- 1 can pineapple
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- 150 g cheese, Gouda (youn or medium-old)
- 1 apple
- 0.25 ¼ glass cucumber (s), sour
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 egg (s), cooked
- chicken broth
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)

- Boil the chicken in 3-4 liters of salted water, add 2-3 tablespoons of chicken broth. Remove the cooked chicken and let it cool - then pluck it into strips and small pieces. The cooking water from the chicken is then used to cook the noodles in it (not too soft)!
- Mix the chicken, finely chopped carrots, finely chopped onions, apples, cucumber pieces and pieces of cheese as well as mayonnaise and put in the fridge.
- Tastes best when it has been pulled through nicely and made the day before. It can be kept chilled in the refrigerator for a few days.
