  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Put the breadcrumbs, flour, salt, paprika, curry and fried chicken seasoning in a freezer bag and mix thoroughly. Season to taste - it must have a strong taste as the meat is not seasoned.
  2. Now take a chicken leg and hold it briefly under running water. Do not dry them off, but put them wet in the freezer bag with the mixture. Hold the bag shut and shake vigorously so that the thigh is properly breaded on all sides. Do the same with the rest of the flails. Leftover breadcrumbs can be saved and used next time.
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about an hour. They are ready when they are nice and crispy brown (depends on the size of the mallets). This goes well with potato salad, bread or French fries. I always calculate 2 - 3 legs per person.
