Ingredients

  • 250 g sausae, (white or red press ba)
  • 75 g water
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 some paprika powder
  • 1 onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the press sack into slices and place in a shallow bowl. Mix water, vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and pepper and pour over. Let it steep for a few minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into rings and mix raw into the prepared press bag. Serve with farmhouse bread and fresh butter.
