Chicken Salad with Prunes “Ladies Whim” Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 500 g
  • Chicken eggs – 4-5 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumber – 1-2 pcs.
  • Prunes – 150-200 g
  • Walnuts – 100 g
  • Greens to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 100-150 g

Chicken Salad with Prunes “Ladies Whim” Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet. Put in a saucepan, cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, season with salt. Cook over low heat until tender (about 30 minutes).
  2. Pour eggs with cold water, salt (1 teaspoon), put on fire, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Cool down. Clear.
  3. Grate chicken eggs.
  4. Cool chicken fillet, tear into pieces by hand or cut into cubes.

  5. Wash, peel the prunes. Cut into slices.
  6. Wash fresh cucumbers, cut into cubes.
  7. Crush walnuts with a rolling pin, chop.
  8. Collect the “Ladies’ Caprice” salad with chicken and prunes. 1 layer – cucumber straws. 2nd layer – chicken. Season with salt, pepper, make a net of mayonnaise
  9. 3rd layer – half a prune.
  10. 4th layer – eggs. Add a little salt, make a mesh of mayonnaise.5 layer – the remaining prunes. Layer 6 – walnuts. Wash and chop the herbs, decorate the salad. Chill the salad. “Ladies’ whim” salad with chicken and prunes is ready
