Salad “My Fair Lady”

Delicate, light, tasty – the “My Fair Lady” salad has all the virtues! This recipe – “Lady” salad – was borrowed by me from my mother-in-law, for which I am very grateful to her. Since then, the salad “My Fair Lady” more than once helped me out when suddenly guests came. Excellent New Year’s salad turns out!

Ingredients

  • Peking cabbage – 1 head of cabbage
  • Ham – 150-200 g
  • Canned corn – 1 jar
  • Mayonnaise – 150-200 g
  • Croutons – 2 packs (150 g)
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. I will need such a simple set of products for cooking: cabbage, mayonnaise, ham, a jar of corn and a couple of bags of white croutons
  2. Chop the cabbage.
  3. Cut the ham into strips.
  4. Combine cabbage, ham and corn.
  5. Add croutons.
  6. Season the My Fair Lady salad with mayonnaise, add a little salt and mix thoroughly.
  7. The “Lady” salad should be eaten quickly – the crackers will be soaked in a few hours.
