Ingredients

  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce

  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of each chicken schnitzel with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with beaten egg, one with flour, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each schnitzel in flour, shaking off excess, then dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat clarified butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the schnitzel for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  7. Top each schnitzel with a peach half and a slice of Gouda cheese.
  8. Bake at 200 °C (392 °F) for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with hollandaise sauce and boiled potatoes.
