  • 2 peach (s), halved (from the tin)
  • 4 slices cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken schnitzel and turn in egg, flour and breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot clarified butter until crispy brown.
  2. Place the schnitzel on a baking sheet. Place a peach half and a slice of Gouda cheese on each of the schnitzel and bake briefly in the oven at 200 ° C. Be sure to serve the hollandaise sauce and boiled potatoes with it.
