Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg chicken thighs
  • 500 g soup veetables, frozen
  • 1 packet soup greens, frozen
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken legs under the tap and fill them up with enough water and vegetable stock so that the pressure cooker is only half full, depending on the manufacturer`s certificate. Bring the meat to the boil with the saucepan open, skim off the foam. Close the lid and, according to the instructions for use of the pressure cooker, cook the poultry for approx. 15 minutes on level 2 of the pressure valve.
  2. Steam off the pot. Remove the meat, remove it from the bone, cut into small pieces and return to the stock. Now add the soup greens and the soup vegetables and finish cooking everything with the pot open. Season the broth with spices.
