  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 250 g breakfast bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1 pot basil
  • 50 g parmesan, finely rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into pieces of the same size (4cm long, finger thick).
  2. Mix the garlic, basil, parmesan and the spices into a paste in a mortar. Roll the chicken strips in it, you can also put the chicken strips and the paste in a freezer bag and knead them lightly, so it will be nice and even and you will save some time.
