Ingredients
- 150 g chicken, shredded or chicken fillet
- 100 g tomato (s), peeled from the can
- 50 g tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chilli pepper (jalapeno)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 drop Tabasco
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some oil for frying

- Season the sliced chicken with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fry in oil in a pan over medium heat for about 8 minutes and turn several times.
- Now put the tomatoes, the ketchup, the chopped chilli pepper, the honey, the Tabasco and the soy sauce in a mug and stir, mashing the tomatoes.
- Now fry the finely diced onion and the also finely diced garlic. Before they get too dark, deglaze with the prepared tomato mixture and continue to simmer.
- Add the sliced chicken to the sauce along with the frying fat. Put the lid on the pan and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Noodles, rice or a few slices of baguette go well with this.
- Tip: be careful with the chilli. If you don`t like it too spicy, you should remove the seeds.
