Ingredients
- 200 g pasta, whole rains, (spaetti or riatoni)
- 180 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 can tomato (s), cut into pieces
- 100 g cream cheese (Exquisa fitline 0.2%)
- 1 small chilli pepper (s) or Pri-Pri
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon parmesan or other grated cheese
- Paprika powder, hot pink
- Chili powder

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Cut the chicken breast into strips. Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes and sauté in a deep pan with the oil. Then add the chicken breast strips and fry everything at a higher temperature. Cut the Pri-Pri very small and add them to the pan as well. Then season the whole thing with salt, pepper, paprika powder and, for those who want it extra hot, with chili powder. Add the tomatoes and cream cheese and slowly simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Place the pasta on a plate, pour the sauce over it and serve sprinkled with cheese.
