Pasta with Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g spahetti
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 3 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ kl. Glass capers
- 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
- 0.5 ½ pack tomatoes, happened
- 1 can pizza tomatoes
- 1 chilli pepper (s), finely chopped (without seeds) or 2, to taste!
- 2 teaspoons, heaped basil, dried
- 2 teaspoons, heaped oregano, dried
- sugar
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- Parmesan, freshly grated

- Place a saucepan with the olive oil and fry the onions and garlic in it. Chop the capers and add them. Add tomato paste, strained tomatoes and pizza tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Now the herbs come in, as well as the chili peppers. If the sauce is too thick, add half a small coffee cup of water and cover and simmer the sauce over a low flame for about 10 minutes. Carefully season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Then drain and serve immediately with the sauce. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese as desired.
