  • 300 g chickpea flour
  • 3 large egg (s)
  • 12 tablespoon water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Sift the giggle flour into a bowl. Knead with the eggs, water and a little salt. Let the dough swell briefly and then scrape into the salted water in a spaetzle press or from a board.
  2. Simmer for 1 min and remove with a slotted spoon.
  3. If you like, you can sauté them in butter. This is a delicious accompaniment to meat in food combining.
