Ingredients

  • 11 ladyfingers
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 250 g berries your choice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 175 g quark
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. At the beginning, the ladyfingers are individually dipped in 250 ml milk and placed next to each other in a flat mold. The rest of the milk is poured over it. Now distribute 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder evenly over the ladyfingers.
  2. While you let the ladyfingers soak, the berries (e.g. strawberries) are washed, cut into small pieces and sprinkled with a tablespoon of sugar. You can now pull this through well. Some strawberries are put aside for later decoration. Then quark, mascarpone, milk, vanilla sugar and 40 g sugar are beaten with a hand mixer to a creamy mass. Finally, the berries are spread over the ladyfingers and the curd and mascarpone cream on top. Finally dust with cocoa powder and decorate with the remaining berries. Chill until eaten.
  3. A berry pleasure that makes children`s hearts (and adults too) beat faster on hot summer days.
