Ingredients
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 6 packs noodles (Chinese), instant, chicken flavor
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pack sunflower seeds

- Chop the Chinese cabbage very small, cut the spring onions into fine rings and put both in a large bowl.
- Break through the pasta packs 2-3 times and then open. Remove the seasoning mixture.
- Put the pasta in a large saucepan. Then pour hot water over them and stir for about 1 minute, they must not become too soft. Then immediately drain, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Put the pasta in the bowl and mix well. Pour 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper over the top and mix. 3 - 4 packs of chicken seasoning mix and, if doing so, add 1-2 chili powder, as well as the remaining vinegar and sugar, stir in everything.
- Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat, stirring constantly as they burn quickly. Let the kernels turn golden brown and then immediately add to the salad while still hot and stir in. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
