- 3 large egg yolks
- 155 grams sugar
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 500 ml milk, whole milk
- 3 banana (s), ripe (400g)
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
- 500 ml cream

- In a bowl, stir the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy. Chop the chocolate and put in a saucepan with the milk. Heat both over a medium stove setting while stirring. Until the chocolate has melted. Then simmer gently for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir this mixture slowly, little by little, then into the egg / sugar mixture. Now put this back into the pot and heat over a medium stove setting, while stirring, until it becomes thick. It is very important to be careful not to let it boil. Then place in a bowl and let cool down to room temperature.
- When this is done, peel the bananas and mash them well in a plate. Then stir in the cinnamon under this porridge, then add this to the chocolate / milk mixture and stir in.
- Whip the cream until it becomes thick and thick. Then stir it into the chocolate mixture and place in a freezer container. Cover with the lid and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
