Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack pudding powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 100 ml oil
  • some water, depending on the desired consistency
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 1 bar chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 2 banana (s)

Instructions

  1. Work the flour, sugar, oil, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar and water in a bowl into a firm dough. Put in a springform pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 1 hour. Bring the coconut milk and soy milk to the boil, stir in the pudding powder and tablespoons of sugar (cook the pudding according to the instructions on the back of the package).
  2. Crumble the dark chocolate and let it melt. (It works best if you put a bowl in a saucepan filled with boiling water and let the water continue to boil.) As soon as the chocolate has melted, stir in a few tablespoons of pudding and continue to stand in the warm water bath. Chill the rest of the pudding.
  3. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool and cut a thin blanket on top. Pudding and pieces of banana are placed on the lower part, the upper cover is crumbled and mixed with the chocolate-pudding mixture. This mixture comes on top as a sprinkle.
