- 30 g oat flakes, fine
- 200 ml milk, low-fat
- 100 ml water
- 1 teaspoon cocoa, (baking cocoa)
- 0.5 ½ banana (s)
- 10 g desiccated coconut
- Sweetener at will

- Bring the oat flakes to the boil in a saucepan with milk, water and baking cocoa. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring, until the porridge has thickened nicely.
- In the meantime, mash the banana. Add the porridge to the banana, add the coconut flakes and mix everything well. Add sweetener to taste.
