Ingredients

  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • 100 g almond (s) or hazelnuts
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

For the set:

  • 250 g chocolate, (cookin chocolate)
  • 125 g butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the sugar. Mix in the nuts, coconut flakes and cocoa. Alternately add small amounts of oil and mineral water - always stir the dough! Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter mixture evenly on it.
  2. Bake at 190 ° for about 25 minutes.
  3. For the glaze, melt the cooking chocolate with the butter and stir well, cover the cake with it and cook with e.g., decorate smarties or gummy bears.
