Ingredients

  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the sugar. Mix in the nuts, coconut flakes and cocoa. Alternately add small amounts of oil and mineral water - always stir the dough! Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter mixture evenly on it.
  2. Bake at 190 ° for about 25 minutes.
