Chocolate Chip Cupcake

A cupcake with chocolate chips can help out any hostess in case of an unforeseen visit to guests, since it is prepared quickly and easily. And it turns out amazingly tasty, melting in the mouth, tender and aromatic.

Servings: 6-10
Ingredients
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Milk – 125 Milliliters
- Margarine or butter – 125 Grams (+ 20 g for greasing the mold)
- Sugar – 1.5 Glasses
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin – To taste
- Chocolate chips – 100 grams (you can grind a chocolate bar in a blender)
- Chocolate – 1/2 Piece
- Chopped Almonds – To taste
Directions
- Melt margarine in a water bath or in the microwave. Throw sugar into it, stir until completely dissolved. Add eggs and milk, mix well. Add sifted flour, baking powder and vanillin, knead until smooth.
- At the end of the batch, add the chocolate chips and knead until they are evenly distributed in the dough.
- Grease a mold liberally with butter and lay out the dough. The form should be no more than 2/3 full, as the cake rises well during baking.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 ° C until golden brown. Check readiness with a wooden stick or toothpick.
- Cool the baked muffin in a mold and turn onto a plate. Melt the chocolate and cover the top of the cake with it evenly.
- While the chocolate is still fresh, sprinkle with almonds, chopped or crushed. Chocolate chip cupcake is ready!
