Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate (dark)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 400 g cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Rub a few graters off the chocolate and set aside for decoration. Coarsely chop the rest of the chocolate and let it melt in a saucepan over a low heat. Add the milk and stir in.
  2. Beat the low-fat quark in a bowl until smooth. Whip the well-cooled cream very stiff and carefully fold it into the quark. Halve the curd cream. Mix the melted chocolate into one half and stir the vanilla sugar into the other half of the cream. First fill the light cream, then the dark cream, into portion bowls. Use a wooden stick or fork to mix the layers together until you get a nice marbling.
  3. Chill until ready to eat and sprinkle with the chocolate flakes before serving.
